Online Meditation Sessions

The Meditations are held on zoom. You will receive an email with the login details, this will be sent to the email address used to book the class.

How to Make a Booking

Bookings for lessons are fully automated and can be made using the ‘Booking Buttons’ below.

I have made specific times available through the week for online meditation sessions.

My availability can be found by selecting the length of session required and then viewing my calendar.

Paying for Meditation Sessions

Payments must be made in advance and are subject to my cancellation policy.  (A full refund or rearrange class on a future date if advised 48hrs before the class).

Stripe is used for secure processing for all secure online payments

Sessions can be paid for with all major debit and credit cards.

Your Meditation Moment with Mitra

– You do not need to prepare in advance.

– Any illness (major/minor) for which you are on medication or supervision must be advised to Mitra in advance of your session.
